Q. चिंता स्नायु विकृति के लक्षण।
Ans:- स्नायु विकृति में व्यक्ति सदैव चिंतित सा रहता है। यह चिंता सामान्य चिंता से भिन्न है। चिंता मानव स्नायु विकृति में चिंता आंतरिक परिस्थिति उत्पन्न होती है। यह चिंता पदार्थ विहीन (Objectless) हो सकती है।
चिंतामणि स्नायु विकृति और चिंता उन्माद- चिंतामणि स्नायु विकृति जहां एक और सामान्य चिंता से भीड़ है वहां दूसरी ओर यह चिंता उन्माद से भी भिन्न है। चिंता उन्माद में रोगीकी चिंता का विषय असामान्य होता है और अपनी कठिनाई को बाह्य परिस्थिति में अपेक्षित करने का प्रयत्न करता है। चिंतामणि स्नायु विकृति में दोनों बातें नहीं पाई जाती। चिंतामन ओ स्नायु विकृति का रोगी अपनी चिंता का कारण नहीं जानता ,लेकिन फिर भी वह उसको युक्तिसंगत प्रमाणित करने के लिए कोई -न -कोई कारण अवश्य ढूंढ निकालता है।
चिंतामन और स्नायु विकृति के लक्षण-
1. शारीरिक लक्षण- हृदय गति, श्वास प्रश्वास, रक्तचाप पाचन और रक्त स्त्राव की क्रियाओं में परिवर्तन, दाढ़ी वाले स्नायु में तनाव, शिथिलता, अनिद्रा, थकावट आदि।
2. मानसिक लक्षण- इसमें मानसिक लक्षण भय और आशंका है, रोगी को भय और आशंका दोनों में से किसी केेेेेेेे लक्षण का पता नहीं रहता और ना उससे उनका कारण ही विदित होता है। यह अंत मुर्खी , स्वार्थी, चिरचिरा, दुखी और मालीन बना होता है।

1. Physical symptoms- changes in heart rate, breathing, blood pressure, digestion and bleeding, tension in bearded muscles, dysfunction, insomnia, exhaustion etc.
2. Mental Symptom- In this mental symptom is fear and apprehension, the patient does not know any of the symptoms of both fear and apprehension and neither does he know the reason for it. This ending is foolish, selfish, chirpy, unhappy and malleable.
